Exhibitors must check in during show setup times

Exhibitors will be responsible for their booth signs

Exhibitors may not dismantle or remove exhibits before show has closed. In the event exhibitor violates this provision, Magical Moments Productions (MMP) reserve the right to prevent exhibitor from participating in future events as well as the bridal mailing list will be forfeited.

Exhibitors please do not leave anything of value overnight or unattended. MMP or the hosting venue will not responsible for theft or damages.

Exhibitors may give door prizes as a suggestion of MMP, but not mandatory.

Cost for parking maybe incurred by hosting venue

Request electricity at time of registration, cost may be incurred by hosting venue

Exhibitors will be provided with a bride lead list within two weeks of event

Prohibit non-registered vendors from soliciting during the event

In the event of cancellation, all payments are non-refundable, but maybe transferable to another show at the discretion of MMP.

Emergency Situation: In the event of adverse weather conditions, fire, acts of God or any other emergency situations beyond the control of the MMP and the hosting venue it will be at the discretion of MMP to reschedule and/or refund exhibitors less a prorated share of the expenses/fees which MMP incurred in connection with the show.

MMP reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company/business to exhibit in the show and further reserves the right to reject or cancel any application and/or limit the number of exhibitors in any category.

Exhibitors understand and agree that MMP has the right to make exhibit space available to businesses engaged in competitive endeavors as well as the right to give exclusivity to any one category.

MMP will make their best efforts to assign the exhibit size and location if exhibitors’ choice; however MMP reserves the right to alter the show floor plan and/or reassign the location of exhibitor space.

MMP reserves the right to change or modify details of the show without notice. MMP may issue additional rules as it deems necessary for the orderly and safety of the public and presentation of the show.

American with Disabilities Act – Exhibitors requiring assistance under the Americans with Disabilities Act must notify MMP in writing no later than 30 days prior to the event.

An exhibitor agrees that MMP may list the exhibitors in shows promotional materials and use photography and/or video taken at the show for publicity purposes without compensation to exhibitors.

For the convenience of the exhibitors, MMP will accept submission of this agreement by facsimile. The parties agree that, if a signed copy of this agreement is transmitted by facsimile, the facsimile copy shall be deemed to be an original document and fully enforced there as.

Exhibitor agrees to adhere by all the information in the Exhibitor General Information form in addition to this contract.
